How to Cancel an Order
If your order status is still marked as “Open,” you have the option to cancel it by accessing the “My Orders” section under “My Account” and clicking on the “Cancellation request” link. Fill in the necessary details to request the cancellation, and we will review your request promptly, responding via email or phone.

Estimated Delivery Time
We provide an estimated delivery date and time for our products. If we encounter any delays, we will reach out to you to discuss alternative solutions. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the confirmed delivery date. If you have ordered multiple items, you may receive separate shipping notifications, each with specific delivery details. Your order may also arrive at multiple locations. Please contact us if your delivery does not arrive within the expected timeframe.

Shipping Costs
All prices listed on our website include free shipping within Mainland UK, covering transportation, packaging, and insurance. You can expect reliable and timely delivery without any additional shipping charges.

Delivery Options
Depending on the size of your order, we may use couriers or our own vehicles for delivery to your specified UK address. Alternatively, you can opt to pick up your used forklift truck from one of our used equipment centers.

International Shipping
Currently, we only ship products to locations within the UK.

Product Warranty
Our products come with varying warranty periods. New products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which can be found on the individual product pages. For used forklift trucks, we offer a special warranty based on the classification of the used equipment. For more details, please refer to the relevant page.

Redeeming Vouchers
To redeem a voucher, add your desired products to your shopping cart and click on the cart icon to view your order. On the first page of the order overview, enter your voucher code in the field labeled “A voucher” and apply it to your order.

Payment Options
We accept several payment methods on the STILL.shop, including invoice, credit card, and PayPal. If you encounter issues with credit card authorization, please ensure that your billing address matches the address associated with your credit card and double-check the security code and billing details before retrying.

Shopping for Private Individuals
We only sell and deliver to businesses and tradespeople located in the UK. Private individuals cannot purchase from our shop.

Order Confirmation
After clicking “Pay Order,” you will immediately receive an email confirmation with all your order details. A few days later, you will receive a second email with the official order confirmation and an estimated delivery date.
